Leeds Children's Hospital is one of the UK’s largest specialist children’s hospitals offering a wide range of treatments and care for children from birth to young adulthood and beyond.

It's mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of children and young people in Leeds and further afield by providing outstanding care and that's what they do, every day.

Leeds Hospitals Charity supports Leeds Children’s Hospital to deliver the best by directing support to our six priority areas.

During 2022/23 we awarded £3.79 million specifically for projects to enhance the care and experience of paediatric patients. Projects vary in size and scope, from Halloween craft packs to specialist staff roles in order to pump prime new services. All are focused on enhancing the care and treatment of paediatric patients in Leeds.

By donating or leaving a gift in your Will to Leeds Hospitals Charity, you can fund the things that make a real difference to patients and their families, and help to enhance the care Leeds Children's Hospital already provides. This includes life-saving equipment, treatments and research into rare diseases, and helps to bring hope, happiness and home comforts to every bedside.

Your donation helps Leeds Children's Hospital to be their very best for your loved ones, when they need it most. Can you support them today?

Leeds Children's Hospital TV

The UK's first children’s hospital TV network

Charity funding continues to support the development of Leeds Children’s Hospital TV (LCHTV), an award-winning video channel and app, where current and prospective patients can access videos about the Children’s Hospital. The video library includes everything, from virtual tours of each ward, to advice on what to expect when undergoing different scans and treatment, such as an MRI scan.
