Do ten 5k (runs/walks/hopping, cartwheeling, your choice), in the parks in your city/town/area.

Run where you want:

Take part wherever in the world you are, outdoors, up and down the stairs, wherever takes your fancy (as long as it’s legal)

You manage the challenge:

This challenge is yours, whether you’ve just bought your first ever pair of trainers, or you’re a seasoned running champ, the contest is yours to set.  5k a week, 50k in 2 days, the choices are endless. Push your limits, challenge yourself, challenge your mates, hey, why not challenge the dog! Whatever you choose, there’s no wrong decision, just get out there and enjoy yourself.

Complete in your own time:

You’ve got 12 weeks to hit the target, be that 1 run a week or a marathon a week plus a little bit more.

Get motivated:

Hard to get in gear. Having a target is a great incentive to push yourself. Wanting to get fit, get back into running or training for you next event – this challenge can help.

Get rewarded:

Tick off the 10 runs on our support poster. Plus receive a high quality medal & t shirt.

Running community:

No matter where you are taking part, join our facebook group - feel part of a community. Help spur each other on. Share your pb’s, pictures etc.

While doing this ask your friends sponsor you for your efforts which will help the trust in these crazy times.

  • £100 – would be a children's play specialist for the day
  • £200 – would fund a specialist nurse in Leeds Cancer Centre
