Bradley is a fully CIPD-qualified HR professional with 17 years of experience across both public and private sectors. He is passionate about people, developing others, and advocating fair and inclusive practices for all.

At Leeds Hospitals Charity, Bradley supports the charity’s people strategy. He is proud to work for an organisation that is deeply committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, and is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive working environment that enables other colleagues; to help NHS staff, patients, and families/local community.
