Leeds-born entrepreneur Simon Gray is the founder of Boost Drinks, which he launched in 2001 soon after completing his European Marketing degree. Simon built and scaled Boost to £75m becoming one of the UK’s best-known functional drinks brands and in 2022 successfully exited to AG Barr PLC. Today, Simon also mentors and invests in consumer ventures. Married with three daughters, he balances business with padel tennis, golf, and his lifelong support for Leeds United.
