Organised in memory of the much-loved Leeds United legend

Friday 14th June | Horsforth Golf Club | 10am start

The 2023 event marked the 50-year anniversary of Norman winning the first ever PFA Player's Player of the Year award in 1973, and this year's memorial celebrations promise to be just as special.

Norman was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukaemia (CLL) in 2013 and was receiving treatment at Leeds Cancer Centre. He sadly died aged 76 in April 2020 after contracting COVID-19.

The previous two golf days have raised over £110,000 for Leeds Hospitals Charity to support research into CLL at Leeds Cancer Centre.

Match entry fee for a four-ball team is £300

This includes a four-player team with 2/4 to score, so every level of golfer can enjoy the day.

Refreshments at the halfway house will be included, plus a full buffet lunch.

In the evening, there will be entertainment, raffle and an auction hosted by LUTV commentator Bryn Law and Norman's teammate, Leeds United legend Paul Reaney.

The Norman Hunter Golf Days have raised over £41,000 for Leeds Cancer Centre
