Fundraisers take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks in support of Leeds Hospitals Charity

Set in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, the Yorkshire Three Peaks lay at the heart of an area of outstanding natural beauty.  Even on wet and windy days the Yorkshire Three Peaks offer a spectacular challenge - one that will rest in your memory for many years to come!

Starting and ending in Horton-in-Ribblesdale, The Yorkshire Three Peaks challenge is a circular walk which encompasses three major peaks in the Yorkshire Dales:

Pen-y-Ghent

The "smallest" peak at 694m, but a steep ascent offers views across the Dales. The rocky terrain makes for an interesting challenge.

Whernside

At 736m the highest of the Three Peaks. A slow gradual climb offers views of Morecombe Bay and the Irish Sea on a clear day.

Ingleborough

One of the most popular peaks for its dramatic steep ascent and flat top with picturesque views from all aspects at a height of 723m.
