• We will guide you through the steps you need to take to purchase an engraved plaque on our Memory Path. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before your engraving is installed.   • You must be 16 or over or under supervision of a parent or legal guardian to purchase an engraved plaque.
  • We reserve the right to make slight amendments to your engraving to fit within our plaque guidelines.


  • We reserve the right to move your plaque or the location of the Memory Path at any point during the term of your installation. Where this should happen, we will endeavour to inform you as soon as possible.

 Renewal and Returns

  • We will contact you to let you know when the term of your installation is due to end. Please keep us up to date with your contact details, including your address, as we will need to return your plaque to you should you choose not to renew your installation.
