Claire McGarry: 75 Faces of the NHS

Claire is a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner at Leeds Teaching Hospitals and her role is funded by Leeds Hospitals Charity.

Her role includes delivering strategy and training to more than 20,000 staff members. She is a skilled facilitator and wellbeing specialist and has trained nearly 300 Mental Health First Aiders at the Trust in the last 7 years.

"I’m proud to teach and support others to grow by demonstrating strength, love and kindness."

To mark the 75th birthday of the NHS, we have collaborated with the Leeds Teaching Hospitals to capture 75 Faces of the NHS. Here in Leeds, we have world class NHS hospitals whenever we need them. This campaign celebrates the incredible work and commitment of all of our NHS colleagues who work tirelessly across a range of roles and specialities, to provide the best care to patients every day.
