About us Latest News Leeds Hospitals Charity announces new partnership with Charlotte’s Rooms to support families in hospital We're delighted to announced a new partnership with Charlotte’s Rooms, a community-led fundraising initiative dedicated to improving the experience of families visiting loved ones at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. Charlotte’s Rooms was established by Emma Whittles and Samantha Gilroy in memory of their sister Charlotte Whittles. The initiative is driven by a shared commitment to ensuring that families facing difficult moments in hospital have access to environments that provide comfort, privacy and care. The partnership, will see Charlotte’s Rooms raise funds in aid of Leeds Hospitals Charity to create welcoming, comforting spaces for families across Leeds Teaching Hospitals. Paula Guanaria, Head of Relationship Fundraising at Leeds Hospitals Charity says: "We are incredibly proud to be working alongside Charlotte’s Rooms, their commitment to improving the experience of families in hospital aligns closely with our mission to provide the best possible care for patients and their loved ones.
