Our Fundraising Promise

We are incredibly grateful to everyone who supports Leeds Hospitals Charity. Without you we wouldn’t be able to provide vital funding across the hospitals in Leeds. In line with our values of being transparent, transforming lives and ensuring we work together we want to be open about the way we fundraise, so here are our promises to you:

We promise we will spend all fundraising donations where they will have the most impact. We will ensure they are spent responsibly to help patients, families and staff.

We promise to answer all your questions honestly and quickly, where we can.

We promise to articulate clearly the purpose of our fundraising, explain how the money will be spent, and the potential benefits of this spending, in our communications and documentation.

We promise that we will not put undue pressure on you to make a gift. If you do not want to give or wish to cease giving, we will respect your decision.

We promise to monitor our fundraising activities and the compliance of our contractors and suppliers regularly, including for the protection of vulnerable people.

We promise to adhere to all guidelines set out in the Fundraising Code of Practice and by the Fundraising Regulator.

We promise to keep you up to date about other ways you can support Leeds Hospitals Charity. You can change how we communicate with you at any time, and we will ensure your wishes are respected and actioned without delay. You can contact us on 0113 539 7020

We promise to keep your personal details safe and we’ll process them in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
