Every year, each Lord Mayor chooses a Leeds-based charity close to their heart to champion during their year in office.

This year’s Lord Mayor, Councillor Asghar Khan, has chosen to support Leeds Hospitals Charity, with a particular focus on raising awareness and funds for renal and diabetes services.
