Families taking part in the Leeds Mini & Junior Run in 2023

Event Information

Event Distance Age
Mini Run 1.5km (0.9 miles) Age between 3 & 8. All children must take part with a parent/guardian
Junior Run 2.35km (1.4 miles) Age between 9 & 15

This is a fully accessible event - children of all backgrounds and abilities are encouraged to take part.

Open to participants of all backgrounds and abilities, including those with disabilities and any other special considerations. this popular local fun run is a fantastic day out for all the family! All finishers will be rewarded with a goody bag and that all-important medal to show off to friends.

Can I volunteer?

Yes! You don't need to take part to be involved! We will need volunteers in a variety of roles on the day, including cheering and encouraging runner, speaking to members of the public about the work of Leeds Hospitals Charity and being the friendly face of Leeds Hospitals Charity!

What do I need to do to get a Running Jersey?

If you have signed up for the Leeds Mini & Junior Run and have chosen to fundraise for Leeds Hospitals Charity, simply contact our events team [email protected] or call 0113 539 7020 and we will send you a Leeds Hospitals Charity jersey to run in. 

Please provide details of your fundraising page and any information you received upon signing up, so we can more easily locate your details. 

When will I receive my race number?

Race numbers are being processed by Run For All - all information about race number delivery is available on the Run For All Website.

What will happen on the day?

For all runner and spectator information on the day, including race office location, baggage store, travel and road closure information and more, please visit the Run For All Website.
